Roasted Chickpeas with Chili-Lime seasoning

Preheat oven to 400°. Rinse and drain the chickpeas and dry them using a paper cloth

Spread the chickpeas in a baking tray with a single layer of foil and bake until very crunchy (usually they require 40-45 minutes), stirring every 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, whisk together the remaining ingredients (chilli powder, cumin, lime juice, lime zest and salt) in a large bowl. Remove the chickpeas from oven and stir them thoroughly in the oil mixture until evenly coated.

Sprinkle with rosemary
